New customer story on the blog.

Bogdan Rau is an epidemiologist and solo founder building ThinQPoint, a healthcare analytics platform for community health organizations. He started with raw API calls and no framework. Each analysis step took 30+ seconds, and scaling meant stitching together more custom code.

He evaluated several frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.) and landed on Agno. Within a day he had validated his core hypothesis. Now the team ships new features from idea to production in a week.

Some highlights:

* Multi-step queries that would have taken minutes now run in under 60 seconds
* Users reach actionable answers 10x faster than manual analysis
* AgentOS became his "instant proof of concept" for testing agent behavior before deploying
* No vendor lock-in, and the architecture is ready for future PHI/PII use cases

One of his quotes that stood out: "It had the main things I was looking for: simple implementation, a community to help onboard, and pragmatism, not the fluffy language and cool features that sound great on paper but break down when you try to implement them."

Would love to hear if anyone else is building in healthcare or similar regulated domains with Agno.
