Renpy/Mrbeast malware

Hello everyone, I accidentally ran a malicious file on my PC and acquired this malware, which I've seen many people have fallen victim to lately.

(I’m using a translator because I speak another language)

Right after that, someone got into my Discord and Instagram accounts. My Discord started sending MrBeast scam messages to people, and an Instagram story was posted without me doing it. I deleted the story and changed my passwords.

I also noticed a CMD window pop up for a second and then close when I opened the file, which makes me think it was some kind of stealer or trojan.

I'm asking for help here because it's the only place I've seen where I can get some assistance
