Tarot deck found by my roommate left behind in lost and found missing Queen of swords

This is my first time ever interpreting tarot so apologies if I completely mess this up.

Roommate found a tarot deck left behind in the lost and found at their work. It was left there for an appropriate amount of time (weeks) to determine if the owner would come back for it and they did not.

It's missing the Queen of Swords card and that feels significant

After doing some research and searching within myself. I think it's related to career.

I've been very adrift in the work force and I've been considering making a career change that would mean a lifestyle change and it is scary but I think I really want to do it.

And I think the missing card means I'm avoiding making this choice because it's big and scary but I could miss it forever like this card is missing forever if I don't act
