Stuck at 99.9% completion in RDR1

I’m at 99.9% completion and losing my mind lol
I already did all outfits, all challenges, all bounties, all properties, all stranger missions, all gang hideouts and I’m already playing as Jack.
Stats say I’m missing 1 location in New Austin and literally only 0.1%.
So at this point it HAS to be that location right? There’s nothing else in the game worth only 0.1% besides locations and bounty posters from what I know.
