Hi everyone, I bought my Lenovo Legion Go about a year ago brand new from Best Buy. Unfortunately my warranty expired in January, and in March I was attempting to play Coral Island downloaded from the Xbox app when the joysticks randomly began flashing red on each side and then the device appeared to power down. I assumed it was just a low battery, plugged it back in for a while and tried again later but the device will not boot back up. The power button does light up red, the fan appears to spin but nothing else happens. The controller lights did flash red once again, but nothing else different has occurred.

This device has never been dropped or near any liquids. It is in almost pristine condition as well.

Current symptoms:
No display on internal screen
No output to external monitor
Fan spins up strongly
Sometimes fan ramps down/stops after \~1 minute
At one point controllers blinked back and forth
Device sometimes powers fan on automatically just by plugging charger in (without pressing power)

Here are the steps I’ve taken to resolve this myself so far:

Different charger (official Lenovo charger)
External monitor through USB-C(monitors and docking stations work with other devices and this device historically)
Holding power button for long reset (30–90 sec)
Volume Up + Power BIOS attempts
Battery disconnect/reconnect
SSD removed/reinstalled
Tried booting with SSD removed
Letting it sit on charger for extended time
Multiple EC/power reset attempts

Does anyone have any advice on next steps or the issue itself? I tried to include a video of me attempting to power it on but you can’t hear the fan from the clip. They’re not very loud, but you can hear and feel it from close.

Legion Go will not boot up
