Looking to attempt an early UIM Voidwaker grind. What's the bare minimum gear, stats and quests required to kill all three demi-bosses?

I have a fresh UIM I've been questing on and have gotten protection prayers on, since I'm at a stage I don't care about wiping I want to see if I can get a VW on it. In preparation, what's the gear required for each boss and the quests I'd need to do this?

Im thinking DT 1 for freezes at Artio, Zaxe and monks robes for Calvarion and spindle.

What else is there you'd recommend?
