Best 3 sets retiring this (2026) year to pick up? (preferably without stickers)

As the title, I ask everyone here, please! I only have around a bit less than 700 USD for this year to spend on Lego sets at-will.

While I'm almost certain to pick up the 10326 Modular NHM, despite my self imposed rules on avoiding stickers AND licensed sets AMAP, the 21348 D&D Red Dragon's Tale (dragon!) and 21353 Botanical Garden (science, and very little stickers) keeps tempting me.

Would those two latter ones be satisfying enough to build and play (despite their stickers), compared to other choices?
