How to get a middle ground between Professional and World Class

I love playing Career mode and was doing good at first on world class until earlier this spring where world class feels a lot harder to defend and score. I don't want to switch down to professional because there I win everything 5-0 with subs. Is there a way to adjust things so that I can perhaps play world class but "slightly lighter"? Thanks in advance
