[FOR HIRE] of a freelance website designer

I am needing to build a rather indepth website. Similar to facebook in the social aspect, but specifically for ASL interpreters to provide feedback to each other. I needs to include at minimum video next to video play, time stamped feeedback, sharing the video AND the stimulus used. i have a proposal.
