Received an email from x saying my account was unsuspended due to no violation. Account is still suspended... do I keep filing apeals?

They shut me down for 3 months for inauthenticity. Did over 25 apeals. Gave up and then found this email from last wednesday saying the ban was lifted and there was no violation. Account is still suspended...

Suggestions?
