Can we do something about people who mix communism and socialism as if they’re one thing?

There has never been a communist society on earth. Not the Soviet Union, not China, not Yugoslavia.

They were different flavours of socialism. Which is not to be confused with social democracy which is completely unrelated workers movement which is very different and in some ways opposed to socialism.
