We built an AI health tracking app that analyses your meals, check-ins, and biomarkers to find patterns specific to you — looking for feedback before beta opens

🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism

Hey r/Biohackers,

We've been building Kenko — a health tracking app designed around the kind of data this community actually cares about. You photograph your meals and get a full nutritional breakdown including B vitamins, minerals, omega-3 subtypes, amino acids, and lipid profiles. You log daily check-ins covering sleep, energy, stress, clarity, and motivation. Monthly you record body composition, gut health, HRV, and other biomarkers.

The app then looks for correlations specific to you — not population averages. Does your sleep quality predict your next-day energy? Does meal quality affect your clarity 24 hours later? What day of the week are your stress scores highest? It builds this picture over time the more you log.

We also built a detailed nutrition tab — vitamins, minerals, lipids, and protein with amino acid breakdowns, all shown as daily averages vs your personalised RDA targets based on your weight, height, age, and activity level.

Beta opens in the coming days. At the moment all actions are locked. The app will be free. There's also a token rewards layer for people interested in that side — but the health tracking works completely independently of it.

Everything is documented on the site. If something looks off, a feature feels wrong, or you hit a bug, we genuinely want to know before we open fully. This community gives better product feedback than most and we'd rather fix things now.

Thank you!
