how can I win as ussr against the third reich?

I started playing hoi4 just a week ago eventough I played it a lot and watched some video or shorts i still cant figure out how to win against germany....
i created civilian factories, then i upgraded the supply hub and started to build military factory modifying also the troops design such as infantry and others I also reserchead tank, infantry equipment, construction to 4 and all the other things but i cant figure out why.
i love ussr and it was working out but i cant go on, please help its starting to bore me i dunno how to attack please.
