Voice recognition still broken for Spirit Box/Ouija? (In-game chat works fine)

Hey everyone, does anyone know how to fix the voice recognition for the Spirit Box and the Ouija board?

Talking to my friends in-game works perfectly, they can hear me fine, but those two items just won't detect my voice at all. This started happening after the last update. I really thought it would get fixed in the new one, but it's still exactly the same for me.

I already tried messing with the voice settings (switching to Windows, system voice, etc.) but nothing worked.

Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix it? Thanks!
