Hyperpigmentation very dull skin and uneven tone

For the past few days I’ve noticed my skin has looked so dull all of a sudden and so uneven and it’s really making me bothered. This has never happened before it’s completely changed with brown and red patches and so much acne. I haven’t had acne around my mouth like this since I was 14. I don’t know if this is because I just got my period. I’m not sure if it’s pcos related but my eyelids have become so dark all of a sudden. Is this normal I will post if another sub if y’all think this isn’t a pcos problem !!
