Wrong waypoints when importing SimBrief route to MSFS 2024

Is anyone else getting incorrect waypoints when importing a route from SimBrief into MSFS 2024? Any idea why this happens and how I can solve it?

I know I can remove the extra points manually, but I'm looking for a permanent fix so I don't have to do it every single time.
I am new to the sim, I can give more info but i am not sure what info i should give. Any help is appreciated!
