how to report those stupid delivery robots being broken/off and taking up sidewalk space, ones been stuck on a street by my work for a full week or longer

they make me irrationally angry for a multitude of reasons so when one is just sitting fully stationary in the middle of the effing side walk … it’s driving me nuts. does anyone know how to report to have it removed. dumbass things
