Genital…itchiness

I’ve been on testosterone for almost 5-6 months, I’ve noticed a lot of the big changes (bottom growth, increased body hair, deeper voice, etc) but for the past week or so I’ve noticed that I don’t produce discharge anymore and everytime I wipe or wash down there it feels like…itchy. Specifically in between the labia and on my rectum…My hormone providers said to discuss this with them during my next follow up and we could also discuss an estrogen cream since this seems like atrophy to them but what can I do before then ?

Also, I have had yeast infections before, none of the symptoms of those besides the itchiness but it never had anything to do with my like butthole.
