I hate the double standard

Without getting into specifics, I hate seeing how white people can get away with having tantrums in professional spaces and there are no consequences. A "talking to about how to talk to people" won't do anything, what happened to write-ups that eventually lead to termination?

Meanwhile, people that look like me are not only expected to act like that's normal behavior for people twice my age....but I'm expected to show up to work with this passion and enthusiasm. Nope, sorry....not happy about it. I don't want to take it on the chin, I want fair treatment. And a fucking apology!!
