3rd DUI but got let go

I have 2 prior DUIs. Both are first DUIs because I got a lawyer that dropped it from a second to a 1st offense. I unfortunately don’t learn my lesson and wrecked my car driving last night on Mothers Day. I was driving the car home and I pulled over to sleep, well a cop pulls up behind me because I guess he was following me. Asked me the usual questions and I had an open container and i decided to drink it in his face and I guess he told me to get out of my car and I refused and he threw me to the ground and I hit him. He called his supervisor and I said I wanted to go to the hospital. Well I never got arrested or any sort of ticket, or blood drawn at the hospital. They let me go home after I got checked over. Obviously I’ve gotten a dui before so I’m just confused on if I got charged or not? I called the police department and they have nothing on me there.
