Could monetized youtubers ever unionize?

Not really a content creator only have a few videos up so far , but I keep seeing youtubers talking about getting demonetized or their channels deleted for no reason, All I was wondering was, is there any way monetized youtubers Could unionize? You know to secure more workers rights? And to defend against these baseless deletions which I'm guessing are most likely AI???
