Confused Between Stability and Control/Ownership rn

Career/Workplace

So last month I graduated with around 7–8 months of experience.

Been good at academics and other skills, and totally skipped over college placements as I found them to be based upon luck (and I don't wanna code in Java :0).

In both of my jobs, I got to work at early stage startups (current one is backed by an e commerce giant so it’s financially stable) with the smallest possible teams (just me 💀).

Current pay is decent , I've built the whole business alone as a sole dev frontend, backend, deployments and all and since the product launch a month ago, we've onboarded 3 other e-commerce brands and have served around 2k customers till now.

I have the best leverage anyone could ever dream of in the current job (comes with being overworked too, gonna finally hire 2 interns for myself in June).

Thing is now I’m swinging between whether I should look for a more stable job, wait till I get 1 year of exp in Sept and then start applying for better jobs, (or ask for a 100% increment xD)

Honestly, I’ve also completely stopped practicing DSA since I got my first job, so there’s that too.

Need some advice from you as my seniors and people who've worked at startups
