Using CoPilot or Claude for Excel Spreadsheets

I currently use Claude for Coding and other MCP access to programs. I notice they have access to Excel and I do use Excel for several things but I was wondering if anyone had used Claude or CoPilot when they are creating and updating spreadsheets and which one is better? Thanks in advance
