vaginal estrogen start

is it ok to start the 2 week loading phase in luteal since estrogen would really spike right now naturally (i’m day 21 & use progesterone at night days 15-28)? or would it be better to wait until the end of my period then start loading when it would naturally be headed upward in follicular & ovulation?
