Need help setting up fsr 4 in lutris for cachy os

I have stellar blade installed through wine in lutris which runs perfectly fine, but cant get fsr 4 upsacler to work with it. I installed​ optiscaler manually, but it refuses to use fsr 3.x, and falls back to fsr 2. I have been trying different env variables but cant seem to get it right. I am willing to do anything except go back to windows 11.
