How could you make a functional conlang for speech impaired people?

I am making a conlang that will supposedly be friendly for speech-impaired people to speak it. Each of the words will be 2 letters long. Basically a smaller version of Toki Pona. I want to however do this with professional help, as I'm not sure exactly what I should do here. I am seeking an expert with a degree in linguistics. I want you, as an expert to be able to give me advice on what sounds are the hardest for people with impediments and what sounds I can remove. Thanks.
