Think about it, what does everyone remember 20 years later: the awesome long-lasting dynasty, or the team that sucked for years, squandered a #1 pick and continued to suck?

Of course the low ranking teams will complain but they would already be complaining about being low ranked in the first place so I don’t see the problem.
