Business studies edexcel unit2 AS

Can anyone help pls. So we had a question about how to reducing over utilization helps the business. Its a 20 marker question. I think I messed up the question because I thought over utilization means operating at 100% capacity, but i think it should be the other way round where it means that the business operated at a lower capacity. So I wrote like 3 advantages of 100% capacity utilization and 3 disadvantages of 100% capacity utilization, and in the conclusion i wrote something like most businesses operate in 80 % or like 90% capacity in order to meet the customer demand successfully and blah blah But the main thing is that I messed up over capacity utilization with 100% capacity utilization, So will I get some marks at least or will I get no marks at all out of 20.
