Treating partner

I dealt with AV and yeast issues for a very long time (it was caused by many courses of antibiotics). I finally got rid of AV and my microbiome tests show only lactobacillus, but im still dealing with chronic yeast (although it is under control now with monthly antifungals).

I have tested my partner with Microgen dx test and his semen had low loads of 100% klebsiella oxytoca.

We had unptotected intercourse 2 times (TTC) and both times I started having AV symptoms (my usual symptoms are just vaginal burning and pelvic pain), but those 2 times I also got some weird yellow discharge and i have never had it in my life before. I had to treat those both times with AV medication (Macmiror suppositories).

Question: has anyone treated their partners for AV causing bacteria? Did it help your problems? Im afraid to cause harm, as my partner has a veeery sensitive stomach and antibiotics make him very sick for at least a month after. Chat gpt said that low loads of klebsiella should not be treated as it can just be part of microbiota. But other women, who tested their partners with Microgen, said the test results were negative...
