I noticed that while the global "fractional" movement is exploding, South African professionals didn't have a dedicated space to talk about the unique challenges of our local market. So, I decided to start r/FractionalSA.

What I hope this community becomes:

• Rate Transparency: A safe, anonymous space to discuss what we should be charging in ZAR (and how to bill international clients).
• Local Compliance: Navigating SARS, provisional tax, and BEE as a solo executive or specialist.
• Lead Sharing: Helping each other find high-impact gigs within the SA startup and SME ecosystem.
• The "Solopreneur" Reality: A space to talk about the mental side of the game—the pressure of finding the next gig, the loneliness of remote work, and how to stay motivated when you're the only one in your "office."
