After diagnosis question

Hi everyone. I have an evaluation coming up, as a woman in my 40s. It is through a place that only does diagnostic evaluations, not through my normal GP practice.

I’m wondering if anyone can share their experiences post diagnosis. Did you take your diagnosis back to your regular GP? Did you find a separate psychologist?

I’m wondering now if I should be making an appointment in advance of a potentially positive result, given wait times.
