pub-share update available

Users experiencing issues with disconnections, stutters on track while driving, and issues with force feedback please select this beta-branch in Steam, it is compatible with RC servers.

To access this branch: right click LMU in Steam, properties, Game Versions and Betas, opt-in to pub-share.

Changes:

• The game now only uses IPV4 to avoid IPV6 end point probes
• Reduced thread contention introduced by new UI framework
• Removed off box service calls while on track that potentially caused stalls

This build includes all previous changes to the game and pub-share branch listed above.
