Need suggestions on MBA

Hey guys, I want a suggestion. I’m 27 years old.

Mechanical Engineering graduate (2020 passout) with profile: 8/5/6 (10th/12th/grad).

Joined LIC in 07/2023 and currently have around 3 years of experience in marketing/recruitment domain, mainly involving insurance agent recruitment, team building, lead generation, and target-based work.

Now seriously considering MBA to transition into broader private-sector roles. Initially was thinking about NIA Pune because of my background, but many people suggested aiming higher through CAT/GMAT instead.

Need honest guidance on:

Whether my academics will hurt my chances badly

Which MBA entrances I should mainly focus on

Whether NIA Pune still makes sense for my profile

Or if Executive MBA/GMAT route later would be better

Would appreciate realistic advice from people with similar background or work experience.
