Looking for complaint/ important contact information.

Hello, everyone, I'll keep this short and simple:

I'm looking for any contact information for the upper management and/ or anyone "important" at the Sheffield/ Porterbrook GIC. I have been continuously ignore in emails, phone calls, and even recieved a letter dismissing my concerns after a letter from my GP.

Note, that my GP will not help me with this, they sent one letter which already downplayed my concerns, and then dismissed me when requesting mental health support, stating my only option is private care.
