Back to Garmin after a lot of years (Fenix 7 Pro) - Watch comes today...What do I do first?

I got a Fenix 7 Pro at a price that I couldn't refuse and am ditching my Coros Apex 2 for it. I haven't had a Garmin in like 7 or 8 years and it's all going to be very new to me.

I get all of the running related features but there are probably a TON of bells and whistles that I don't know about.

My watch comes today and I'd love to hear what some of the cool non-obvious features are that I should set up right away. Thanks for the help!
