McLeod RST install ?

I have a 2013 Mustang GT I am installing a McLeod RST clutch (organic material) into along with the steel flywheel that comes with it. From what I can see online the friction plates are supposed to have writing indicating which side faces where, but mine did not come with this writing despite being new (not bought open-box).
From what I have gathered online it seems the more flat side of each faces the flywheel while the side that is more raised should face the floater plate/ trans. Anyone who runs this setup or has done the install any insight/tips for install/break-in?

McLeod RST twin disc organic clutch w/ included steel flywheel
McLeod stock style throw out
Ford performance high load roller
ARP flywheel bolts
