Things have started to feel like same old

I kinda manifested my sp back after 2 months of no contact. I was extremely happy and grateful. Things were super good between us. Even the behavioural change was visible but I think it lasted max a week? They have started behaving the same old,non chalant behaviour,no efforts,no great conversations,no chasing,nothing. Absolutely boring.

I am ignoring the 3d and persisting btw(I do waver here and there) but I think it's because a while now and maybe I need some insight/guidance as of where I'm prolly lacking?

I was even doing great mentally but for a week my mental health has declined too. It almost feels like everything is falling apart at the same time :(
