Painting night elf skin help

I'm wanting to paint some elf miniatures, and I want to paint them like night elfs from world of warcraft, but I can't find any recipes. does anyone have any suggestions at all? Im aiming for the purple hue, similar to tirande wisperwind if that helps. Specific named paints are helpful as I'm colourblind. Thanks.
