This platform is a joke!

After using the platform for a while based on a friend's recommendation, a referral program with a bonus appeared in my app last month. I thought the idea was interesting because I believed it was reliable and that the bonus would be worth recommending to other friends so they could also benefit from the platform.

Everything was done correctly, and I received an email from them saying the bonus was on its way and would arrive within two weeks. But time passed, and nothing... I contacted support and they said the bonus will no longer be credited because they have the right to withdraw the bonus whenever they want. They made up a thousand excuses, but I proved they were wrong in all of them (claiming I did it wrong or outside the deadline), and in the end, they just said they are within their rights to not fulfill what they promised.

Anyway, here is my complaint and report against the platform for deceptive marketing. I will also report the company to other authorities, as it is very easy to run this type of campaign, gain many users, and not fulfill the promise later.
