Postive Experience Review, CA to TX - Goliath Auto Transport

I want to share my positive experience. I was looking to ship my sedan from CA to TX as part of a permanent move. I was flooded with offers and overwhelmed by all the negative or mixed reviews when I started searching.

I put an inquiry in with Goliath with one week to go until my move, after reading about the company and seeing the informational website. The one thing that stood out was all the contact information listed, phone numbers and direct emails. Top of the morning of the next business day I got an email from Brittany Henley, explaining the process, what the quote included and confirming my pickup/delivery windows. She went even further to ask about what time I would be landing at my destination to make sure it aligned with the delivery window. I booked with them. The paper work was easy to read and simple to complete. Two days later, Brittany texted me directly, confirming again my pickup/delivery windows and my flight times. She scheduled me to Flamingo Trucking, sending over their company information, direct contacts to the dispatcher and the driver as well as other information about them so I knew exactly who would be shipping my car. There was a change in the price breakdown (not price) and Brittany explained that to me and made sure I had updated copies with the new breakdown before signing or paying for anything. I knew what I was paying up front and what was owed on delivery.

Flamingo was great as well. I communicated with both the dispatcher and driver on pickup and delivery days and everything was relatively on time. I paid what was owed and had my car where I needed it in time.

Goliath is a great company, with excellent customer service. They partner with great companies too. My move was 100x less stressful. 10/10 would use again and recommend to others.
