Backstory:

Kureha was born and raised in New Himuka, in an area frequently threatened by Others. From a young age, she demonstrated psychokinetic aptitude, particularly in thread-like manipulation. Trained rigorously by OSF instructors, she mastered the Struggle Arms System, developing her unique ability to weave threads through her blade.

Her personal philosophy, that "red threads aren’t fate, they’re choices," arose from witnessing the consequences of blindly following orders during an early battle. Choosing her own path, Kureha joined the New Himuka Squad, determined to protect civilians while crafting a future where people’s choices, not fate, dictate their lives. Her calm, analytical demeanor makes her an invaluable strategist and fighter, and her Threads both literal and symbolic bind her to those she protects, weaving a destiny she actively shapes.
