How many of you have gotten a backup device?

Just curious how many have bought an extra one amidst all these posts showing that screens are breaking and with the firmware being locked down. I'm debating if I want to get a second X4, but I feel like that would defeat the purpose of having a budget device. Am I worrying needlessly?

There's also the X4 V2 coming out (though we don't know when), which I'm probably going to be buying. But there's something so charming about the X4 and how you can easily change firmwares.
