Which University should I join?

I am from Kolkata. Currently I am doing service as an assistant professor in jharkhand. I want to shift to Kolkata. I got an offer from UEM Kolkata and Brainware University Kolkata. Where should I join? The salary offered is almost similar in both the universities. The department is also the same.
