Cheating on Excel assignments

Got a bit of a situation and need some quick advice about Excel assignments and cheat detection.

Due to an accident I've fallen behind on several assignments and simply don't have enough time left to complete them properly on my own. My assignment involves applying Excel formulas to extract specific information from thousands of rows of data.

Quick question, is there any way a lecturer can actually detect that the formulas weren't worked out independently and that the answers were copied directly from someone else's Excel file into mine?

Appreciate any honest answers. God bless
