Good mixed fried rice and spicy sheekh kebabs in Mangalore?

I love mixed fried rice but disappointed with what I’ve had so far and I’ve only eaten it (in this trip) from Hao Ming and New Hao Hao and both are definitely not the same and as good as it used to be be 10/15 years ago!
Any new places that live up to the hype and are worth giving a shot?

Also, is there anywhere place in Mangalore where I can get those Delhi/Lucknowi-style Spicy Sheekh kebabs and kebab rolls?

Oh and Calcutta (Kaati) Rolls too?
