🍓INFO:🍓 I feel the need to express every post that my eating habits are unique due to my health GI/Gallbladder issues from my ED caused me to get surgery to have gallbladder yeeted. Personally, max fat per day is 30g and it varies person to person even with gallbladder issues. I tend to get severe gas pain unless I have mini meals so I can't >!fast or limit my eating window!< anymore and even normal meals can hurt, so mini meals it is. Please be kind, I’m trying!

✨️Theme:✨️ Not doing a whole day of fairy eating but I still like to theme things were I can. I am sad to report kefir and matcha do not mix well...drink kept separating and needing to be shaken and kefir is too strong for matcha so it tasted of nothing but kefir. ...id rather have to separate beverages for it next time. This whole post is...questionable balance. Bar and yogurt with chocolate and cookies. Matcha and kefir with sakura bubble tea mix. 💀

As always, happy to answer questions, comments, take suggestions, etc. 🫶🏻 You all are a great community to be a part of and I hope it continues to grow. 💖✨️

This is just my morning meal and morning snack. I actually quite missed kefir and how gentle it can be on the stomach. ♡
