Where to travel?

My life has been terrible up until now.
I’m barely 18 and am currently finishing my high school degree. In a month, the graduation ceremonies will be over, and I just want to get out of here, to leave my old life behind and start fresh, with no expectations for the future other than a new beginning.

Where can a woman my age travel to?

I have a strong preference for nature—specifically activities like hiking, skiing, canyoning, horseback riding, and so on.

I also look for destinations with a welcoming local population from whom I can learn. Accordingly, I envision my trip taking place in countries where I can pursue these activities while also meeting people my own age.

I don't want to stay in just one place; I want to see many different locations, but I also need to earn money while doing so.

What regions or countries do you know of that offer all these possibilities?
It is absolutely essential that I’ll be able to find work there quickly, ideally to cover my living expenses entirely, and that the process moves fast, as I would ideally like to be on my way within a month.

I am from Germany and hold a valid passport.
I speak fluent English and conversational Spanish.
