Question regarding Influx of people

Hi Fellow Ludhianvis,

Just wanted to check that if people are moving to Ludhiana and if yes are they just the migrants from UP or Bihar or are some of them entrepreneurs and Government jobs kind of people(ik private jobs are not there) the reason I am asking is if there are people who are not labourers(no offense against them) only then the city cab grow in right direction and some affluence cab be created by Ludhiana on Government for further development as well. I see a lot of colonies being started on the outskirts are those only for native Ludhiana people who have lived their whole life in Old Ludhiana or is the situation better than I am thinking?
