The Mimic and Silver Eyes

Sorry if I used the wrong tag, but I’m hoping it fits.

As a fan of the Silver Eyes, I hated The Mimic like a bunch of other fans until I realized how much the story around it and Edwin reminds me of that trilogy’s version of Henry.

A father who created a robot to replace his dead child because he couldn’t handle his grief, only for it to possibly have a hand in his death. Obviously The Mimic doesn’t act like Charlie did in those books, but you could say it acts kind of similar to Elizabeth.

I always thought it would hav e been interesting if they ever found a way to add any part of The Silver Eyes story to the games, and it seems like The Mimic and the Murray family is Steel Wool’s way to do that.
