CIEE high school summer as a graduating senior

For those who have done the CIEE high school summer program in the past, are seniors graduating that year still allowed to go with the global navigator scholarship?

I’m planning to apply for the 2027 summer programs as somebody graduating in 2027. However, on the website it says that the Global Navigator Scholarship is only for freshman sophomores and juniors, but not seniors. I’m only asking because my friend says that you can still earn it, but I’m still not sure. The scholarship can change everything for me, so please let me know. Thank you so much !
